This book started as a question nobody could answer alone.

In early 2025, we asked school leaders across the country: What do you wish you had known before leading a future-ready school?

The answers were remarkable. Honest. Specific. Hard-earned. None of them had read a book that quite prepared them for this moment. Because that book did not exist yet. So we built it together.
